What is KYAC?
KYAC (Kansas Youth Advisory Council) is a group of young people who are passionate about the child welfare system and want their voices to be heard.
KYAC works on the state level to empower foster youth to lend their voices and make change.

"The KYAC mission is to unite and empower young people directly impacted by the child welfare system and enable them to advocate for themselves and others while developing life and leadership skills."
What is RYAC?
RYAC (Regional Youth Advisory Council) meetings are fun, interactive get-togethers for foster youth who want to learn about life and connect with each other. Each RYAC meeting has a theme and a life skill associated with it.

What is C3?
The Council for Collaborative Change is a Cornerstones of Care program for current and aged-out foster youth who want to make a difference in your local foster care system.

C3 is about listening to, refining, and implementing the constructive ideas that foster youth like you come up with! Working together, C3 suggested and created entry packs that are given to foster youth when they enter care!

If you have an idea that you think could help your fellow foster care youth, if you want to change the way something is handled, or if you want to give constructive feedback, C3 is for you!
